Beachfront, on the pedestrian promenade of Misano Adriatico
We’re located at Via Litoranea Sud 6, right in front of the sea, in the heart of Misano’s pedestrian seafront promenade and close to the centre. A limited-traffic zone, perfect for relaxing walks, sunrise jogs, bike rides along the cycle path, or simply listening to the sound of the waves just a few steps away.

Reaching us is easy, even from afar
If you’re travelling by car, the most convenient exit is Cattolica–San Giovanni–Gabicce on the A14 motorway, about 5 km from the hotel. In just a few minutes you’ll be on the seafront and your holiday can begin.
If you’re travelling by train, your stop is Misano Adriatico, about 400 m from the hotel. From there you can reach us easily on foot, by taxi or using local public transport.
For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Federico Fellini Airport in Rimini, about 10 km away. Alternatively, you can fly into Ancona Falconara Airport, about 90 km away, or Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna, about 130 km away, both well connected to the Riviera.
ZTL without worries
The ZTL allows you to drive right up to the hotel to load and unload your luggage, after which you can leave your car in the designated car parks. In order to drive in the ZTL zone during your stay, you must fill in an authorisation form: we will send it to you before your arrival, or you can request it directly from us.
