All the questions and answers you need to organise your holiday
How do I book and confirm my stay?
Book directly on our website or by contacting the hotel: this is the only way to unlock exclusive benefits designed just for you!
All you need to do is provide a credit card as a guarantee (we only pre-authorise the amount, then you pay at the hotel) or make a bank transfer. Your booking is considered confirmed as soon as you complete one of these two procedures: simple, fast and with no surprises.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards with Visa and Mastercard circuits, but we do not accept American Express. You can also pay by bank transfer or cash (within legal limits).
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the length of stay and range from 7 to 14 days prior to arrival. You will find full details in each quote sent to you or on the online booking screen.
I see you are in a restricted traffic zone. How can I reach you?
The ZTL allows you to reach the hotel and stop directly in front of the entrance to load and unload your luggage; you can then park your car in the designated spaces. In order to drive within the ZTL during your stay, you must fill in a special authorisation form: we will send it to you before your arrival or, if you prefer, you can request it directly from us.
Do you offer a shuttle service to the airport or railway station?
At the moment, we do not have a shuttle or transfer service from airports or stations, but reaching us is really easy. From the airport, you can take a direct train to Misano station, which is only a 400-metre walk from the hotel, or a taxi. In any case, we are happy to help you with precise directions, guiding you step by step to get here.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2 p.m., while check-out is required by 10 a.m. If you have special requirements and would like to check in early or check out late, please contact us: if possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is the reception always open? If I arrive late, will there be someone there?
Yes, our reception is open 24 hours a day, with administrative staff available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and a night porter during the remaining hours. If you expect to arrive after 11:00 p.m., please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge on both your arrival and departure days.
If I arrive before 2 p.m., can I still use the services?
Of course! Although your room will be available from 2 p.m., if you arrive early you can use our luggage storage facility and, if available, our car park, so you can start your holiday straight away with a walk or a dip in the sea.
Do you offer full board?
No, but we offer you much more: we want your holiday to be unique, based on absolute freedom to enjoy every moment without constraints. There are no set meal times here. The day begins with an XXL Breakfast & Brunch until 12:30 p.m., with the option to return as many times as you wish. For dinner, we have prepared a list of our favourite places for you, so that you can explore and try all the best restaurants in the area.
Is the XXL Breakfast & Brunch until 12:30 included in the price?
In line with our philosophy of holiday freedom, we offer this unique XXL Breakfast & Brunch package, available from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, so you can enjoy your meal at any time, whether it’s for breakfast, a snack or brunch, which starts at 11:30 am. Access to the dining room ends at 12:30, but you are welcome to finish your meal even after that time.
Can I have brunch on the day of arrival?
Brunch is included from the day after arrival, but if you would like to try it immediately, you can do so for an additional fee, either directly on site or by adding the service at the time of booking (recommended!) to avoid any issues.
Do you have any partner restaurants?
There are lots of restaurants, bars, pubs, piadina shops and street food kiosks around us. That’s why we don’t offer full board, but when you arrive we’ll give you a list of our favourite places that you really shouldn’t miss. So you can decide whether to bite into a piadina while strolling along the seafront, treat yourself to a romantic dinner with your feet in the sand or enjoy a tasty aperitif.
Do you have parking for cars and motorcycles?
Sì, disponiamo di due parcheggi dedicati esclusivamente agli ospiti, gratuiti per prenotazioni fatte direttamente dal nostro sito e con un costo di 8 € al giorno per chi prenota da altri canali. Uno interno, riservato agli ospiti che prenotano il soggiorno nelle Suite, nelle camere Superior fronte mare e nelle Panoramic 7th Floor (in caso di disponibilità, è accessibile anche per moto e auto delle camere Superior vista mare laterale). Uno esterno, a soli 400 metri, dedicato a tutte le altre tipologie e disponibile da fine maggio a fine settembre. Entrambi i parcheggi sono dotati di recinzione e sistemi di videosorveglianza per garantire la massima sicurezza dei veicoli.
Do you have a charging station for electric cars?
Yes, we have a free charging station in our internal car park.
Do you have a partner beach?
Yes, we have an agreement with Spiagge della Luna (beach establishments 39-46), located right in front of us, which you can access on a preferential basis with our BLU package, which includes 1 parasol, 2 sun loungers, beach towels and 2 daily entries to the natural swimming pool at the beach establishment.
Do you have a swimming pool?
At Spiagge della Luna, affiliated establishments, there is a magnificent natural swimming pool overlooking the sea, accessible only to beach customers and open from the end of May to the end of September from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. There is also a separate swimming pool for children.
What does the BLU Package consist of?
The BLU package, available to add at the time of booking, includes 1 parasol, 2 sun loungers, beach towels and 2 daily entries to the beach pool. You will find all the details and costs related to this package in the quote, which vary according to the period and seasonality.
Can I use the beach on the day of departure?
Of course, on the day of your departure, you can enjoy the day to the fullest and leave your luggage in our storage room. Even though your room will no longer be available after check-out, you can use our facilities to take a refreshing shower before your departure.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, we provide towels so that you can travel light. They are available free of charge with the BLU package and can be replaced every 3 days. Please contact reception to collect them and to exchange them!
Do you offer laundry and ironing services?
We do not provide this type of service directly, but there is a laundry just below the hotel where you can ask for information and prices.
Do you have bicycles available?
Yes, we have bicycles for adults that our guests can use free of charge. If you would like an electric bicycle, we can provide you with the contact details of our partners who also organise fabulous excursions.
Do you have a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, we offer fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Do you have rooms accessible for people with mobility difficulties?
Accessibility is a priority for us. All rooms and the breakfast room are easily accessible via two lifts: one is spacious with panoramic views, allowing you to move around in complete comfort. On the ground floor, we have an equipped bathroom, and some rooms have large walk-in showers. Contact us and explain your needs: we will find the right room for you.
Do you have rooms for smokers?
All rooms are equipped with fire safety systems and are strictly non-smoking, in accordance with safety regulations.
However, almost all of them have a balcony that is perfect for smoking a cigarette outdoors, with a sea view.
Do you accept pets?
Four-legged friends are welcome here, with some restrictions. We accept small pets weighing up to 8 kg, only in Economy and Budget rooms, with a supplement of €8 per day. In some cases, we may require a security deposit. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet when you make your booking.
How far away is the World Misano Circuit?
The World Misano Circuit is approximately 3 km from the hotel and can be easily reached by car, bicycle, on foot or by taxi. For events such as the MotoGP World Championship, shuttle services are available a few metres from the hotel. Please note that we do not provide tickets for the circuit.
Do you provide tourist information or assistance with booking excursions?
Absolutely: every year we create tailor-made experiences for our guests and fill our noticeboard with local events that are not to be missed.
