All the questions and answers you need to organise your holiday
How do I book and confirm my stay?
Book directly via our website or by contacting the hotel: this is the only way to unlock exclusive benefits designed just for you!
All you need to do is provide a credit card as a guarantee (we’ll just put a hold on it; you’ll settle the balance at the venue) or pay by bank transfer. Your booking is considered confirmed as soon as you complete one of the two procedures: simple, quick and with no surprises.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards on the Visa and Mastercard networks, but we do not accept American Express. You can also pay by bank transfer or in cash (within the limits set by law).
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the length of stay and range from 7 to 14 days prior to arrival. You will find full details in every quote we send you or on the online booking screen.
I can see you're in a restricted traffic zone – how can I get to you?
The restricted traffic zone allows you to drive to the hotel and stop directly in front of the entrance to load and unload your luggage; you can then park your car in the designated spaces. To drive within the restricted traffic zone during your stay, you must complete a special permit: we will send it to you before your arrival or, if you prefer, you can request it directly from us.
Do you offer a shuttle service to the airport or railway station?
At the moment, we don’t offer a shuttle or transfer service from airports or stations, but it’s really easy to get here. From the airport, you can take a direct train to Misano station, which is just a 400-metre walk from the hotel, or a taxi. In any case, we’re happy to help you with clear instructions, guiding you step by step all the way here.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm, whilst check-out is required by 10.00 am. If you have any special requirements and would like to check in early or check out late, please contact us: if possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is the reception always open? If I arrive late, will there be someone there?
Yes, our reception is open 24 hours a day, with reception staff on duty from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm and a night porter for the rest of the time. If you think you’ll be arriving after 11.00 pm, please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge on both your arrival and departure days.
If I arrive before 2 p.m., can I still use the services?
Of course! Although your room will be available from 2 pm, if you arrive early, you can make use of our luggage storage facility and, subject to availability, our car park, so you can start your holiday straight away with a stroll or a dip at the beach.
Do you offer full board?
No, but we offer you much more than that: we want your holiday to be truly unique, based on the complete freedom to enjoy every moment without any constraints.
There are no set meal times here. The day begins with our XXL Breakfast & Brunch until 12.30 pm, and you’re welcome to come back as often as you like.
For dinner, we’ve put together a list of our “Favourite Spots” so you can explore and try out the best places in the area: not just restaurants, but also piadina shops, street food stalls and the perfect spots for an aperitif.
Choosing this type of holiday means you can wake up whenever you like, have breakfast, a snack or brunch accompanied by a fresh-brewed coffee, perhaps sipping a sparkling wine whilst gazing out at the sea, and enjoy the beach until sunset.
Is the XXL Breakfast & Brunch until 12:30 included in the price?
In keeping with our philosophy of holidays with complete freedom, we offer this unique XXL Breakfast & Brunch package, available from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm, so you can enjoy your meal at any time – whether it’s for breakfast, a snack or brunch, which starts at 11.30 am. The dining room closes at 12.30 pm, but you are welcome to finish your meal even after that time.
Can I have brunch on the day of arrival?
Brunch is included from the day after your arrival, but if you’d like to try it straight away, you can do so for an additional charge – either by paying on the spot or by adding the service at the time of booking (which we recommend!) to avoid any hassle.
Do you have any partner restaurants?
There are loads of restaurants, bars, pubs, piadina shops and street food stalls all around us. That’s why we don’t offer full board, but on your arrival we’ll give you a ‘Favourite Places’ list featuring all the spots you simply mustn’t miss. So it’s up to you whether to tuck into a piadina as you stroll along the seafront, treat yourself to a romantic dinner with your feet in the sand, or enjoy a tasty aperitif.
Do you have parking for cars and motorcycles?
Yes, we have two car parks reserved exclusively for guests; parking is free for bookings made directly via our website, and costs €8 per day for those booking through other channels. An internal parking, reserved for guests staying in the Suites, Superior Sea View rooms and Panoramic 7th Floor rooms (subject to availability, it is also accessible to motorbikes and cars staying in the Superior Side Sea View rooms). An outdoor parking, just 400 metres away, catering for all other types of swimming and open from late May to late September. Both car parks are fenced off and equipped with CCTV systems to ensure the utmost security for vehicles.
Do you have a charging station for electric cars?
Yes, we have a free charging point in our car park.
Do you have a partner beach?
Yes, we have a partnership with Spiagge della Luna (beach huts 39–46), located right opposite us. You can enjoy priority access with our BLU package, which includes 1 parasol, 2 sun loungers, beach towels and 2 daily entries to the natural swimming pool on the beach.
Do you have a swimming pool?
At Spiagge della Luna, our partner beach establishments, there is a magnificent natural swimming pool overlooking the sea, accessible exclusively to beach guests. It is open from late May to late September, from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, with a break from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. There is also a separate swimming pool for children.
What does the BLU Package consist of?
The BLU package, which can be added at the time of booking, includes 1 parasol, 2 sun loungers, beach towels and 2 daily passes to the beach pool. You will find all the details and costs relating to this package in the quote, which vary depending on the time of year and the season.
Can I use the beach on the day of departure?
Of course, on the day you leave, you can make the most of your day and leave your luggage in our storage facility. Although the room will no longer be available after you’ve checked out, you’re welcome to use our facilities to have a refreshing shower before you leave.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, we provide towels so you can travel light; they’re included free of charge with the BLU package and are replaced every 3 days. Please go to reception to collect them and to make any changes!
Do you offer laundry and ironing services?
We do not provide this service ourselves, but there is a laundry just below the hotel where you can enquire about details and prices.
Do you have bicycles available?
Yes, we have bicycles for adults that our customers can use free of charge. If you’d like an electric bike, we can provide you with the contact details of our partners, who also organise fantastic excursions.
Do you have a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Do you have rooms accessible for people with mobility difficulties?
Accessibility is a priority for us. All the rooms and the breakfast room are easily accessible via two lifts: one is spacious and offers panoramic views, ensuring a comfortable journey. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped bathroom, and some rooms feature spacious floor-to-ceiling showers. Get in touch and tell us what you’re looking for: we’ll find the perfect room for you.
Do you have rooms for smokers?
All rooms are equipped with a fire alarm system and are strictly non-smoking, in accordance with safety regulations.
Almost all of them, however, have a balcony that’s perfect for a cigarette in the open air, with a sea view.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome here, subject to a few minor restrictions.
We accept pets in all Economy and Budget rooms for an additional charge of €10 per day. Small pets (up to 8 kg) are also permitted in Superior and Superior rooms with a side sea view, where, in addition to the supplement, a security deposit is also required.
All Superior and Economy rooms feature a covered balcony, so you can leave your four-legged friend on the balcony, in the shade, with complete peace of mind.
You can also take it to the breakfast room, in a separate area away from the buffet. On the beach, however, you can request a designated area for your pet under the parasol for an additional fee.
We kindly ask you to let us know if you are bringing your pet when you make your booking.
How far away is the World Misano Circuit?
The World Misano Circuit is about 3 km from the hotel and is easily accessible by car, bicycle, on foot or by taxi. For events such as the MotoGP World Championship, shuttle services are provided just a few metres from the hotel. Please note that we do not provide tickets for the circuit.
Do you provide tourist information or assistance with booking excursions?
Absolutely: every year we create bespoke experiences for our guests and fill our noticeboard with unmissable local events.
